The terms that apply to our services, this website, and the FAJ Business Manager.

These terms are an agreement between you and FAJ Solutions LLC (“FAJ Solutions”, “we”, “us”), an IT field services company in Easton, Pennsylvania. They cover this website, our services, and the FAJ Business Manager application at app.fajsolutions.com. By using any of them you agree to what follows.
We provide low voltage cabling, CCTV and security camera installation, network infrastructure, Starlink and satellite internet, IT support and repair, and site surveys, for commercial customers. Work is performed under a quote, work order, or purchase order agreed in advance. Where a written scope exists, that scope governs.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work outside an agreed scope — additional drilling, conduit, materials, or devices — is only performed and billed when approved in advance. Travel and materials are billed as set out in the quote or work order.
Invoices are due on the terms shown on the invoice, typically net 15. Late balances may carry a service charge. Where we work as a subcontractor, payment terms follow the agreement with the general contractor.
You agree to provide safe, timely access to the site and to tell us about hazards, live circuits, or asbestos before work begins. We are not responsible for delays caused by access problems, missing equipment we were told would be on site, or conditions that were not disclosed.
We warrant our workmanship for 90 days from completion. Equipment and materials carry only the manufacturer’s own warranty, which we pass through to you. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, alteration by others, power events, or normal wear.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the work that the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The FAJ Business Manager is our internal system for running the business. It is not a public product and is not sold or licensed to anyone else. Access is granted to FAJ Solutions staff and approved subcontractors only, and may be withdrawn at any time.

The application connects to QuickBooks Online under an authorisation granted by an owner of FAJ Solutions, and reads and writes only the FAJ Solutions company file. How that data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. The connection can be revoked at any time from within the application or from the Apps page of the QuickBooks Online company.
The application is provided as-is for our internal use, without warranty of availability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Scheduled work cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a trip fee to cover travel and reserved time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Work already scheduled is governed by the terms in force when it was booked.
